I just finished uploading this house, 31a - 24330 Fraser Highway, Langley BC

Well kept mobile in a great location within the Langley-Grove Estates. The location is a key to this home as the living room looks out onto a private garden. There’s Rhodos, clematis on an archway, lawns, shrubs and backed up with a cedar hedge. It’s peaceful, private and full of birds. The unit has two exterior rooms (not in the square footage). On the front side the covered porch protects the front entrance and then there’s a 19x5 unheated storage area. On the other side is a handy 8’ deep workshed for the handyman.This too has an 8x12 covered porch plus a wheelchair ramp that leads into the third bedroom or office area.
