The Blanket Drive
The 13th annual Realtors Care Blanket Drive which I mentioned in the November Bulletin, set a new Lower Mainland record for donations.
There were 1566 bags collected by the Fraser Valley Board region. The grand total from the Valley, Vancouver and Chilliwack Boards was 4,199 bags of warm clothing and blankets for people in need in our communities.
My thanks to those homeowners in the neighbourhood who called me with donations to pick up. Thanks for your support of this charitable effort!
