       Looking back over history, Real Estate has always been a great investment with guaranteed long-term growth. Even the "collapse" of 1981 looks like a small event on the 30 year scale. Vancouver has  been voted "Most Livable City" again. People love to live here so you can easily predict more long-term value growth ahead. As always, buy Real estate & hold it.
