       Looking back over history, Real Estate has always been a great investment with guaranteed long-term growth. Even the "collapse" of 1981 looks like a small event on the 30 year scale. Vancouver has just been voted "Most Livable City" again by the Economist. People love to live here so you can easily predict more long-term value growth ahead. As always, buy Real estate & hold it.
